Yes. The balance can be collected from the cart on file on your terms. Alternatively, you can send invoices or collect the balance off platform and mark the order as paid.

You have the choice of whether to allow refunds or not through Downpay and by setting your payment terms clearly in your policy page.

We always recommend only shipping products when full payment has been collected. If payment collection fails to be collected from the card on file, simply send an invoice to request the remaining balance.
