Common pricing questions

Yes. Downpay comes with a 7 day free trial when you self serve and extended trials for agencies, tech partners and custom quotes plans.

You’ll incur overage charges on a per-order basis as soon as you pass this usage limit. Overage rates and the least expensive combinations of monthly plan and overages for specific sales volume ranges are listed here.

No. The only fees are the base monthly cost and potential overage fees for exceeding the monthly usage limit.
It's the total value of all orders placed using Downpay payment options during your current monthly billing cycle. This means balance payments count toward usage during the month where checkout took place, even if they are collected later.
After you hit your usage limit, we'll notify you by email and remind you that you can continue accumulating charges or upgrade your plan. The app does not stop working. You can monitor usage in your app settings.
No. Applicable taxes based on jurisdiction are not included.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the app settings at any time.
